Paris, France | Creative Business Development Workshop + Culinary Tour of Paris | April 27th-30th 2018

This April, when the blossoming cherry trees along the Seine turn Paris into an iconic spring scene, I will be hosting an inspiration-packed full 3-day business development workshop coupled with a culinary tour of the city devoted to delicious lunches, dinners and coffee breaks at some of my favorite Parisian eateries and hang-outs.
THEME & CONTENT
Imagine you could get access to all the tools and secret tips and tricks you need to turn your creativity into profitable products and services, dream your ideas into existence and transform them into concrete intentions. This - and a lot more - is what I will teach you in Paris this April. I will cut right through the clutter, lead you through the maze, and provide you with all the insights you need to unleash what you are capable of and venture forward.
How I know, that I have what it takes to take this role? Because I've done it myself - step by step and with different huge projects. How I know that my toolbox is provided with all that you need? Because I, amongst others, have achieved to create no less than six award-winning cookbooks, and built three successful companies from scratch based on this toolbox.

During our three days together I'll provide you with insights on how you:

WHERE & WHEN
The teaching sessions will take place in an authentic light filled Parisian apartment in the heart of the city. Around noon each day we will break for a stroll to explore the city and lunch in a few of my favorite eateries located in some of my most cherished nooks and corners of Paris, that will for sure nurture your soul and make your creative juices flow.
The workshop will kick off at 3 PM on Friday, April 27th and end after breakfast at around 11 AM on April 30th. For those who would like to have 30 minutes one-on-one with me, I will be glad to offer this in the time span between 11AM and 4PM on the 30th.

If you book with accommodation you will be staying in either a private room or a shared double room - depending on when you book and availability- at my all time favorite hotel in the historical heart of the Latin Quarter. This charming, quiet courtyard hotel is located in the Hemingway part of Paris, a stone's throw from Jardin du Luxembourg and Pantheon. Old-fashioned in the best sense, one of the charms of the place is that the compound feels like an escape to a French granny’s country cottage.

Sif Orellana has throughout her professional career brought 12 cookbooks to the world, six of which have earned International awards. She has created the concepts for her books, written and photographed them, developed all recipes, been in charge of all press and sales work and marketing. Back in 2009 Sif founded her own publishing house, Tinkerbell Books. Last year she co-founded the first out of a chain of organic, plant-based cafés in Denmark named Greenilicious. She established her own cookery school, Simple Kitchn, and workshop company, Sisterhood Retreats. Besides that she has worked 12 years in cultural life as head of press & marketing at the biggest multi-cultural festival in the Northern countries, Aarhus Festival, and as an event manager at ARoS Aarhus Art Museum. Her main focus in these jobs has been on experience-based marketing, events and communication.
All meals, snacks, and activities during the workshop. Accommodation is only included if you select the "with accommodation" option from the drop-down menu.
Not Included: Airfare and transportation to and from the airport/metro/workshop location.
This workshop is structured for everyone who wants to enhance her professional skill set and bring her creative career to the next level.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This is a non-refund retreat, so please register only if you know you can attend. However, we´d happily transfer your spot to someone else should you be unable to make it and know someone who will take your spot. Please contact us directly in that instance and we'll adjust the class list accordingly. In the unlikely case that we have to cancel the workshop, you would receive a complete refund.
